I enrolled in NCA because I thought I needed some kind of skill to help me better myself. It gave me a skill that could be used anywhere in the world and really gave me a sense of direction.

I attended NCA because it was local to me and it had the class I needed to get my crane certification. The classes are set so as to not take too much working time away from the attendees, meaning less lost wages. The class is simple, and they do a good job teaching the fundamentals of safe operation and knowledge of crane uses, some beyond what most operators will use. The program is well designed.
The course instructors do a good job, and can always use more input to alter the training a little to meet the class needs. NCA helped me to understand better what my machines do, so I can confer with our other operators to try and get the safest, most efficient lift work done more easily.
